ADAS Calibration

Full recalibration of cameras, radar, and sensors using Hunter ADAS equipment. OEM-compliant procedures, documented per job, with same-day turnaround in most cases.

Why it matters

ADAS Calibration Isn't a Luxury — It's a Requirement.

That 2017 vehicle on your rack? Two ADAS procedures in the OEM service info. The 2024 next to it? Eleven. Calibration stopped being optional years ago — it's now a core part of what closes out a repair correctly.

The forward-facing camera has no idea the windshield was swapped out. It just knows it's out of spec. We get it back in spec — to OEM procedure — and send you the documentation that closes out your supplement.

What we calibrate

Every Component Covered. Every Procedure by the Book.

We run static and dynamic calibration for most makes from 2010 to current. If the OEM service info says it needs it, we do it — no guesswork, no skipped steps.

Our Process

Four steps from drop-off to handoff.

Step 01

Intake & scan

We run a complete pre-calibration OBD scan to document every existing DTC before any work begins.

Step 02

Setup & alignment

The vehicle is leveled, ride height is confirmed, and targets are set according to OEM service information.

Step 03

Calibrate

We run static calibration, dynamic calibration, or both — exactly as the OEM service information specifies.

Step 03

Verify & handoff

Post-calibration scan, printed before/after data, and a supplement-ready PDF — sent directly to your service writer.

Equipment & Standards

Right Tools. Right Procedures. No Exceptions.

We're not OEM-certified, and we don't claim to be. What we are is a shop with forty-plus years of hands-on experience, the right tools, and technicians who understand what the wrong call costs a collision shop.

When calibration is required

Calibration Trigger List for Estimators.

If any of these apply to the vehicle, calibration needs to be on the estimate. Share this list with your service writer — it'll help close more supplements than any other single line item.

Was the windshield replaced or R&I'd on a vehicle with a camera bracket?

Was a bumper cover removed on a vehicle with embedded radar?

Was a wheel alignment performed, or did alignment change?

Was a side mirror with blind-spot monitoring replaced?

Was suspension work done that changed ride height?

Did the airbag deploy, or was the SRS module replaced?

Did the pre-scan pull any ADAS-related DTCs?

Was the steering angle sensor replaced or reset?
